I’m an explorer of ideas, an active reader and a learner. I have built this website as a place where to share my ideas and insights.

Goals

My three main goals in life are to learn about subjects that interest me, to practice and apply the material learned towards creative production and to share my knowledge with other people.

  • Knowledge is about learning patterns that describe the ways in which this world operates. We gather knowledge from books and other people, and by reflecting upon our own experiences.
  • Experience is gained when you apply your knowledge towards a definite end. Knowledge without application is useless and does not serve any purpose. Through experience we are able to find gaps in our knowledge and further refine what we consider to be true.
  • Sharing is about taking what we know from our own experience and showing other people how they can benefit from the knowledge as well. Sharing your knowledge is an essential part of learning because it reinforces what you already know, and allows you to discover gaps in your own knowledge by debating it with other people.

I spend most of my time researching material, reading books and applying what I learn both on-line and off-line. I also write articles on this website and develop my public speaking skills through Toastmasters International.

Interests

Learning is perhaps the greatest interest that I have; knowledge gathering and clarifying concepts within my own mind; organizing ideas. I’m interested in philosophy, psychology, marketing, and exploration; I explore ideas and concepts. I like to experiment and observe the results; to identify new patterns.

I’m also very interested in personal growth. For me, personal development means improving upon my understanding of the world as well as learning more about the subjects that interest me and expanding my sphere of awareness.
